Little Forge Shop

Little Forge Shop is a cozy management sim where you run a tiny blacksmith. You gather ore, hammer out swords and tools at a satisfying mini-game, and sell them to a cast of regulars who each want slightly different things. The loop is simple but it hooks you.

It runs offline and doesn't lean on timers to push you around. You can forge at your own pace, upgrade the shop when you feel like it, and decorate the place just because. That no-pressure design is what keeps it on my phone.

The crafting mini-game is the heart of it. Getting the temperature and timing right for a perfect blade feels good every single time, and the game rewards you for caring without punishing you for a rough day.
